Rail-lifter MRL

Rail-lifter MRL is operated by one man who controls the MRL with easy hand-grips. The MRL can be used for destressing, changing of rubber pads and mounting of rail pads among other things.

To facilitate the handling on and off the track the MRL is equipped with a hydraulic power pack with a weight of 50 kg. The hydraulic power pack can easily be lifted off the MRL. The weight of the lifter is 100 kg, and two persons can therefore carry the MRL without any problem.

Insulation is removed from the MRL, therefore it can be used on tracks with signal sections. The lifter has free-wheel, so that roadcrossings, wing rails, etc. can be passed without difficulties. Safety valves prevent the load from sinking in case of leakage. The hydraulic power pack has dimensions which allows other hydraulic tools to be connected to the power pack. The Honda-engien is equipped with a system for oil-supervision and a plug for lighting.
